We strive to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions.
However, we do not warrant that the information is always complete, current, or error-free.
All skincare products should be used as directed. Patch testing is recommended before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment can be made using secure gateways like Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other listed methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

Return And Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, returns or refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

You have received the wrong product.
The product was damaged upon delivery.

To process a return or refund, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This video must be:

Recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
Shared within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Important Notes:

No returns or refunds will be accepted without the unboxing video or for reasons other than the two listed above.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 8 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at moonstoneessentialindia@gmail.com

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
